How a stack is chosen

Apex does not start from a preferred logo. An existing .NET estate stays on .NET if that is the responsible choice. A new SaaS product is usually TypeScript, with PostgreSQL, and a cloud the team can operate.

AI is added as a component of the system: a model, a retrieval index, and a review step. It is not a separate product the rest of the software has to work around.
