This notice covers the Apex Cloud Technologies website. It is not a policy for DotlyMaps, DotlyGuard, LeadsFizz, or Zomani. Those products have their own accounts and terms.

If you use the contact form, Apex stores your name, email, company, project type, budget range, and message so the team can reply. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers in that form.

Form submissions are visible to Apex CMS administrators. Apex does not sell this information. It is kept for as long as the conversation is active and a reasonable period after, then deleted from the CMS.
